As a software as a service company, we provide you with our data warehouse and business intelligence as a service which is based on commodity services and our own solutions - including our data models, customisation processes and lenses into various business areas to help answer critical business costs.
We have certain costs that we need to pass on. These include Tableau user licenses, Snowflake and AWS storage and compute costs and a variety of data integration software that are direct costs needed to get your data into Calon.
Our price basis is based on the system we are connecting to (e.g. a simple accounting software such as Xero is a lower tier than an end to end ERP for SMEs such as Sage, which is a lower tier than an enterprise software such as SAP s4 or Microsoft Dynamics) , the number of integrations (each tier has a base price, then there is a 10% to 50% integration based on the number of integrations ), then the number of users (which is directly related to the licences needed).
